Eric Wongo and Resurge Africa would like to thank William Hughes for his kind donation that compromised surgical kit essential to the skin grafting of patients with severe burns injuries. This included three Watson skin graft knives, 50 Watson knife blades and a skin graft mesher. William is a Clinical Associate Professor at the Jefferson Burns Centre, Philadelphia, USA. He is a friend of Connaught Hospital and Resurge Africa since he visited in 2021 as part of the response to the November oil tanker disaster.
